Dr Woods has helped me so much over the years with pain and he’s knowledgeable in other aspects of health like nutrition, physical therapy and offers hormone replacement therapy as well as dry needling. He has a good staff and takes time to listen to his patients. Thank you, Dr Woods.

We met Dr. Ryan at a Highlands Ranch Oktoberfest over three years ago. At the time I was pregnant with our first child and looking for help with getting ready for labor. I started to see Dr. Ryan each week leading up the birth. My son was head down and I had no complications with labor.

I continued to see him at a frequency of twice a month, and this has helped me manage my back pain and help me recover postpartum. Then we found that I had a slightly bulging disc in my back. I did decompressions and Dr. Ryan paired the treatment with exercises that truly made a difference.

And this is why I keep coming back, Dr. Ryan treats me holistically. Not just with adjustments, but by giving take home exercises that truly make a huge difference. I've now gone through a second pregnancy and labor with no issues, and this time I didn't need an epidural, and I attribute that to having a healthier and stronger body.

Once upon a time—about six years ago—I had terrible, terrible migraines due to the muscles in my neck and back. No one IN THE WHOLE WORLD could figure out why… EXCEPT Dr. Woods. A few weeks of dry needling and physical therapy from his very lovely team, and boom—NO MORE MIGRAINES. Muscles feeling loosey-goosey in the absolute best way.

While away at college, I thought I broke my tailbone. I went to multiple doctors who could not figure out the reason for all the pain. Did I break my tailbone? NOPE! Dr. Woods was able to discern the cause of all the pain and used different adjustment techniques and dry needling to put Humpty back together again.

All in all, if I could give a place 6/5 stars, this would be the place. Over the last six years, everyone in my family has been here and had a positive experience. Dr. Woods is incredibly knowledgeable and very charismatic—nothing but entertaining conversation with both him and his team. And his team, by the way, is just as lovely as can be.

The cherry on top, you might be wondering? Wyatt, the dogtor on duty, who graces all patients with his presence, his tail wags, and his strong desire to roll around on the carpet. Sometimes they even have candy too! For you, not the dog. Dogs shouldn’t eat candy.

10/10. I love this place with everything in my bones. I come down from college just to say hi because they are awesome. This is my hole-in-the-wall spot. You’ll never find a place this great again. If you’re contemplating coming in—contemplation over. This is it!

I went in for migraines and a very sore jaw muscle (TMJ). I just had my third session and feel a ton better. My migraines were substantially eliminated after first visit. Highly recommended for anyone experiencing same issues.

Best service and I always leave feeling amazing!

I started seeing Dr. Ryan Woods couple of weeks ago concerning my neck and back chronic pain. At the initial appointment he took his time to hear what I had to say, asking questions to better understand my situation. He offered a comprehensive plan combining adjustments and dry needling to try and give my body permanent relief. After our third session I notice some of the muscle tension improving. He also talked to me about posture at the office and the changes I might have to do to the workstation, so that my symptoms improve.
He offered to show me exercises that will work on strengthening the back and neck muscles. I will continue to see Dr. Woods for the 6 weeks intensive treatment, and hopefully after that for maintenance.
Highly recommend Dr. Woods and Premier Pain Management if you want a hands on, caring approach to get back living a pain free life.

Dr. Ryan has been helping me for quite some time.
I was recently in a car accident. He helped me build my strength back up with physical therapy and also did some dry needling on my shoulder. I've never had it done before and it relieved shoulder pain so much.

Dr. Ryan is the best! I started seeing him a few years ago when I threw my back out and between his adjustments and suggested exercises I was back to normal quickly. I’ve continued seeing him since and appreciate how professional and helpful him and his staff are. Highly recommend!

Ooh that was a painful adjustment that I presume was good! I have not been seen by another provider who has been so analytical in looking at the interconnected moving parts of my body from the hip to shoulder, spine and feet. I went there due to recent trauma. I didn’t really understand how out of align everything was but I was excited to check out his work and relieved to find a doctor who I felt I could have privacy with. Brenda is so kind and helpful. Quite painful after. Still a little sore! That surprised me but feels like improving and he reassured me this is typically following. I can’t believe how much straighter it feels. A friend noticed my shoulder height today looking normal compared to before and neck elongated. My neck feels very sore. My shoulder pain was interfering with a computer job. I felt like I got enough home care exercises to begin to strengthen my whole body without seeing more than one doctor or paying for more than one visit. Looking forward to see it heal soon as I can with the self help he gave me to restructure everything. Exercises were given to me within 24 hours of visit. I feel like I was given the best treatment ever. At the visit, there was streamline paperwork and they were patient with me even though I didn’t do it ahead of time. There was no wait line. He never disrespected me with a history of pain and abuse where a provider would yell at me and disrespected my safety and emotionally violated me which led me to feel uncomfortable getting my shoulder examined at the clinic. I’m really glad that I came to see someone before anything got further along in degenerating in my spine. I am excited to be able to properly use my spine and shoulder with a new line. I wish I would have gotten everything taken care of sooner and am grateful for a provider I could really trust and feel respected to see. The pain was interfering with computer job. He respected my personal boundary while intimately and analytically examining and “destroying” my spine for the benefit of intensifying my health. I feel this will be better in the long run. He recommended all encompassing recommendations including one of his custom orthotics, which are made in his clinic in a different way from ones that I paid for in full earlier and didn’t work well. Although they sound good, I’m not using this recommendation now. If it is a non-surgical need, I would recommend going here!

Dr. Ryan and his staff are hands down the best people I’ve dealt with in this industry. I had gone to other Chiropractors and pain specialists in the past and nothing ever improved. Dr. Ryans approach to my conditions really helped me understand what not only he can do for me but how I can help myself. Love the care they provide in the office. The exam was extremely thorough, they provide X-rays, physical therapy, dry needling, massage, cupping, and trigger point injections. My knee is feeling a million times better! I have recommended some friends to come in.
